Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or personalized items may require additional time depending on design approval or inventory levels.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Once your order has been shipped, Como Collective is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.

International Shipping
At this time, Como Collective ships within the United States only.
We plan to expand international shipping options in the future.
Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Because many of our products are custom, handmade, or digital, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

We will review and issue a replacement or store credit if approved.
Please note that minor color or material variations are normal due to lighting, screen differences, or handmade elements and do not qualify as defects.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (including printables, guides, and Kindle content) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Amazon Kindle Purchases
Books purchased through Amazon Kindle are subject to Amazon’s Refund and Return Policy, not Como Collective’s.
We do not issue refunds for Kindle purchases directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, Como Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
We are happy to assist with tracking information or proof of shipment.
Order Cancellations
We can accommodate cancellations within 24 hours of purchase if your order has not yet been processed.
After that, all sales are final.
